1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Brinley Atlas! By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Brinley Atlas.

Brinley Atlas is operated by LumaNavi LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), a Wisconsin-based company. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LumaNavi LLC.

2. Description of Service

Brinley Atlas is a reflective analytics platform designed to help conscious creators understand their content patterns across multiple platforms including Bluesky, Pinterest, and Substack. Our service provides:

• OAuth-based platform connections
• Content synchronization and analytics
• The Sixth Compass tagging framework
• Pattern recognition and insights
• Reports and visualizations

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Brinley Atlas. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your email address remains current and accessible

3.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Pose security risks to our platform or other users
• Remain inactive for extended periods (with notice)

4. Platform Connections

4.1 Third-Party Authorization

When you connect Bluesky, Pinterest, or Substack accounts to Brinley Atlas:

• You grant us permission to access your content and analytics data
• You must comply with each platform's respective Terms of Service
• We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs or policies
• You can revoke access at any time through your account settings

4.2 Data Syncing

Our platform syncs data from connected platforms periodically. We do not guarantee:

• Real-time synchronization
• Complete historical data (we sync from the point of connection forward)
• Continued access if a third-party platform restricts or revokes API access

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use Brinley Atlas for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Scrape, spider, or use automated tools to access our platform
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Brinley Atlas services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights

5.2 Content Standards

While Brinley Atlas primarily syncs content you've already published on other platforms, you agree that your use will not:

• Violate third-party platform terms of service
• Attempt to manipulate or game platform analytics
• Use the service to spam or harass others

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to your content. By using Brinley Atlas, you grant us a limited license to:

• Access, store, and analyze your content to provide our services
• Display your content back to you in analytics and reports
• Process your content for pattern recognition and insights

This license terminates when you delete your account or disconnect a platform.

6.2 Brinley Atlas Platform

Brinley Atlas, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by LumaNavi LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Brinley Atlas name, logo, and The Sixth Compass framework are trademarks of LumaNavi LLC.

7. Fees and Payment

7.1 Current Service

Brinley Atlas is currently offered free of charge during our beta period. We reserve the right to introduce paid subscription tiers in the future with advance notice.

7.2 Future Pricing

If we introduce paid features:

• We will provide at least 30 days' notice
• Existing users may receive grandfathered pricing
• You can cancel before paid features take effect
• Refund policies will be clearly stated

8. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• Scheduled maintenance may occur with advance notice
• Third-party platform outages may affect data syncing
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service "As Is"

Brinley Atlas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Analytics will be 100% accurate
• All features will work on all devices or browsers
• Third-party integrations will remain functional indefinitely

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LumaNavi LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Actions or inactions of third-party platforms
• Damages exceeding the fees paid to us in the past 12 months (currently $0)

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LumaNavi LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of Brinley Atlas
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of third-party rights or platform terms
• Your content or actions on connected platforms

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do:

• The "Last Updated" date will change
• Significant changes will be announced via email or platform notification
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• You may terminate your account if you disagree with changes

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation first
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Binding arbitration in Wisconsin (for disputes over $10,000)
• Small claims court (for disputes under $10,000)

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LumaNavi LLC regarding the use of Brinley Atlas.
